摘要:本文依托安九铁路安庆北特大桥 46#-52# 墩上跨高铁营运线门式墩钢盖梁吊装施工案例,详细介绍了钢盖梁吊装设备选型、设备运行场地处理、起吊点设置与验算、吊装工艺、钢梁与墩柱定位技术及施工安全管控措施。明确上跨高铁营运线门式墩钢盖梁吊装施工关键技术技术参数,为高精度安全吊装、施工质量控制及施工安全管控奠定了基础,为类似上跨营运线工程提供一定的参考。
Abstract: This article is based on the construction case of steel cap beam hoisting for portal piers of theAnqing North Extra Large Bridge on the Anjiu Railway, spanning the high-speed railway operation line from 46 # to 52 #. It provides a detailed introduction to the selection of steel cap beam hoisting equipment, equipment operation site treatment, lifting point setting and verification, hoisting process,steel beam and pier column positioning technology, and construction safety control measures. Clarify the key technical parameters for thelifting construction of steel cover beams for gantry piers on the overpass high-speed railway operation line, laying the foundation for highprecision safe lifting, construction quality control, and construction safety control, and providing a certain reference for similar overpass
operation line projects.
